Saphir #02 Neutral Pommadier Cream Shoe Polish

Saphir's Crème De Cires "Pommadier" Médaille D'or® (translates to 'Cream Of Waxes Pommadier Gold Medal') is a nutritious & all-natural cream shoe polish made with a base of 7 waxes including beeswax & carnauba wax. It also contains pine-based turpentine & shea butter oil.

Developed in France in 1925 to clean, nourish, waterproof & refresh the color of leather shoes, Saphir's cream polish is still the gold standard.

While the rest of the Pommadier Cream collection has an intense amount of pigment, the Neutral Pommadier Cream has no pigment added whatsoever. This neutral quality makes it ideal for adding a base layer of protection & polish across the whole body of your shoe without altering the color. It has a lower wax content than Saphir's Pâte De Lux hard wax polish, which means it will not crack when applied to areas of the shoe that flex & move often.

We use Neutral Pommadier Cream as the base layer on our most detailed hand-painted shoes to preserve & protect without altering the color or covering the artist's dye work.
